Every service you order generates an invoice in your client area. This guide explains where to find it, how to pay it, how to track its status and how to handle the accounting documents linked to your account.
Where to find your invoices
All your invoices are listed in your client area, under Billing then My invoices. The list shows the number, issue date, due date, amount and status of each document.
One invoice corresponds to one order or one renewal. Recurring services therefore produce a new invoice at every due date: seeing several documents for the same service over a full year is normal.
Understanding the statuses
An unpaid invoice is waiting for payment. A paid invoice is settled: the service is active and the receipt can be downloaded. A cancelled invoice must not be paid: it belongs to an abandoned order or a service that was not delivered. A refunded invoice stays visible for accounting traceability.
The due date is what matters, not the date you received the email. A service whose invoice remains unpaid past the due date may be suspended; reactivation follows once the balance is settled, but it is not always automatic. Check the service status after a late payment.
Pay an invoice
Open the invoice and use the payment button. The available payment methods appear at that step: the choice depends on the amount and on the configuration of your account. Then follow the on-screen instructions until confirmation.
For a bank transfer, copy the reference printed on the invoice exactly: without it, reconciliation takes longer. The status switches to paid once the payment is recorded. If you have paid twice, do not send a third payment: open a ticket with both references.
Renewals and due dates
Recurring services are invoiced in advance for the next period. The next due date is shown on the service page in the client area. Pay a few days ahead: that is the only way to avoid a suspension caused by a bank delay.
If you do not want to keep a service, request its cancellation before the renewal date. A request sent after the renewal invoice has been issued does not always prevent that invoice, so act early and then confirm in your service list that the request was registered.
Download and correct your documents
Every paid invoice can be downloaded as a PDF from the list or from the document detail. These PDFs contain the information your accounting requires and can be forwarded to your accountant.
To change the billing address, the company name or to add a tax identifier, update your profile before the next due date. Correcting an invoice that has already been issued requires an explicit request: open a ticket stating the invoice number and the exact wording to correct.
