Monitoring, email and security add-ons

Add-on services extend a hosting plan, a VPS or a domain name to cover three practical needs: watching availability, filtering unwanted mail and protecting the site. Here are the offers available in the store and what each one covers.

360 Monitoring: seven plans

360 Monitoring checks the availability and resources of your sites and servers, and notifies you when an outage or an overload occurs. Seven plans are available:

Compare the plans on three criteria: the number of monitored sites and servers, the check frequency and the alert channels. External monitoring is useful even when the server is already supervised internally: it sees the service the way a visitor does.

Email filtering: six plans

Filtering applies to the professional mailboxes of your domain. Six plans combine three building blocks: incoming scanning, outgoing scanning and message archiving.

Incoming scanning filters messages before they reach the mailbox. Outgoing scanning prevents an infected computer from sending unwanted mail from your domain. Archiving keeps a copy of the messages, which helps with compliance and search.

OX App Suite: two offers

OX App Suite replaces classic webmail with a collaboration suite: mail, calendar, contacts and documents in a single browser interface.

The second version adds the productivity features of the suite; the product page lists the included modules. These offers make sense when you manage several mailboxes and several users on the same domain.

Site Builder: five offers

Site Builder lets you build a website from templates, without writing code or managing files.

The free trial lets you test the tool before committing to a plan. The Store and Store Plus offers add the online shop features.

Marketgoo, CodeGuard, SiteLock, Nova and SocialBee

Five further families complete the catalogue. Marketgoo supports the natural search visibility of the site, CodeGuard handles its backup and SiteLock watches over site security. Nova offers several progressive plans, from a free offer to advanced ones, and SocialBee covers publishing on social networks.

These five families are ordered after qualifying your need: describe your environment (site platform, volume, number of accounts) and we tell you which offer fits, instead of stacking useless options.

How to order these options

Options can be ordered on their own or on top of an active service. Before confirming, check compatibility: an email filtering option expects a domain with professional mailboxes, a site tool expects a domain name to use, and external monitoring expects a service that is already online.

Recurring offers follow the billing cycle you choose. As with any service, the payment method and the terms appear at the payment step, and the invoice shows up immediately in your client area.
