OpenVista offers two families of business applications — OpenVista workspaces and SaaS plans — plus three ready-made industry packs. This guide summarises what each plan covers and gives a simple way to decide; current prices are always shown on the order page.
Two families, three packs
OpenVista plans suit organisations that want a complete workspace: private cloud storage, project management and legal invoicing. SaaS plans target freelancers and small businesses looking for a business application that is already localised. The packs add pre-configured industry processes (booking, checkout, stock).
OpenVista plans
They differ by included storage and user count.
- OpenVista Starter — 10 GB: the starting point for a freelancer or a very small organisation.
- OpenVista Pro — 50 GB: for a team sharing large folders and running several projects.
- OpenVista Entreprise — 100 GB: for multi-team or multi-site organisations.
SaaS plans
- SaaS Starter: pre-localised applications for freelancers.
- SaaS Basic: for small and medium businesses; depending on the plan, the platform provides three users or more.
- SaaS Pro: for mid-sized companies, with more users and more modules.
Industry packs
- Tourism 4.0 Business Application: booking journey and customer follow-up for tourism activity.
- Retail Pack: checkout, stock and customer relations for retail.
- Tourism 4.0 Pack: the complete bundle for the sector, with the additional modules.
Deciding in three questions
- How many people will work in the tool over the next twelve months?
- Is there a specific business process (booking, checkout, payment) that the standard baseline does not cover?
- Who administers the solution: your team or OpenVista's support?
If you hesitate between two plans, start with the smaller one: moving up to a larger plan is easier to prepare than stepping back from an oversized bundle.
Ordering and going live
Each order page restates the content, the price and the options of the offer. After payment you receive your access details and the activation steps. Prepare the user list, the folders or products to bring over, and the deployment calendar: those three items determine how long go-live takes.
